Regional Administrative Judges

There are five administrative regions within the Court. On the recommendation of the Chief Judge, the Attorney General designates Regional Administrative Judges (RAJ) to administer each judicial region in the province. 

RAJ R. Harris

  • Appointed RAJ for the Vancouver Region April 1, 2025 

  • Located at Vancouver Provincial Court (Criminal)

RAJ C. Struyk

  • Appointed RAJ for the Northern Region April 30, 2022 

  • Located at Terrace Law Courts

RAJ R. Bowry

  • Appointed RAJ for the Fraser Region April 1, 2022 

  • Located at Surrey Provincial Court

RAJ K. Sacca 

  • Appointed RAJ for the Vancouver Island Region April 1, 2025

  • Located at Victoria Law Courts

RAJ L. Wyatt 

  • Appointed RAJ for the Interior Region November 18, 2025 

  • Located at Kelowna Law Courts
