Publishing comprehensive annual reports is a crucial part of the BC Provincial Court’s commitment to accountability and transparency. Now available on its website, the Court’s 2023/24 annual report includes:

• data on its judicial officers’ demographics, how it met its operational standards, and how it responded to complaints about judicial officers
• caseload statistics including the numbers of self-represented litigants and remote appearances 
• information on the Court’s efforts towards reconciliation with Indigenous communities and its progress in increasing access to justice in family court and through use of technology
