It is my great pleasure and privilege to announce that the Lieutenant Governor in Council has signed Orders in Council appointing a judge to the Provincial Court. The new judge appointment is Tina-Marie Bradford.

Judge Bradford

Judge Bradford will be sworn in on February 9, 2026. She will be assigned to the Interior region with chambers in Penticton. Called to the BC bar in 2000, Judge Bradford spent her first four years practising primarily labour law and civil litigation before joining the BC General Employees’ Union (BCGEU) in 2003. She has been an in-house labour and human rights lawyer with the BCGEU since that time.
