Chief Judge Gillespie has issued updates effective September 9, 2026 to Notice 03 Judicial Case Managers Assignment of Duties and Notice 14 Court Services Justices of the Peace Assignment of Duties as detailed below.

Notice 03

• section 1 added “application”
• section 3(f) was updated to add “withdrawal or abatement”
• section 5 was updated to reflect the recent change to the section number in the Criminal Code
• section 6 was updated to add “disposition”

Notice 14

Changed “Access to Court Records Policy” and “NM 01 Notice to Accredited Media” in section 9 to the “Access Policy”

The titles for both notices were also shortened by moving the reference to the Provincial Court Act section 11 into the body of the Notices.
