The BC Provincial Court publishes notices, policies and practice directions to explain court procedures and practices, and to share important information with the public. The Court is committed to using plain language that is easy for everyone to understand. We are starting to act on that commitment by revising these documents to make them clearer and easier to read. The new approach uses fewer words, clearer language, and has a more welcoming look. You may have noticed the new look in Notice 35 which is about Court Operations During FIFA and you will see it more in the coming months.
