We combined three Notices (Notices 1, 5 and 13) about court locations for the prosecution of offences under Indigenous laws into Notice 37 Court Location for Prosecutions under First Nation Agreements and Treaties. The new Notice uses fewer words, clearer language and has a more welcoming look.  

The Court is committed to using plain language that is easy for everyone to understand. We are starting to act on that commitment by revising these documents to make them clearer and easier to read.
